How we can differentiate migraine from other head ache ????
1) It's a vascular headache
2) Pulsatile , Episodic, and Throbbing in nature
3)Pain is present in one half of the head, but it may change the side on the next episode
4) May or may not be associated with nausea and vomiting
5) Photophobia and Phonophobia (extreme sensitivity to light and sound)
6) Pain relieved after sleeping
7)Aura occurs before or with the headache.
Aura is a warning symptom . An aura can include visual disturbances, such as flashes of light or blind spots, or other disturbances, such as tingling on one side of the face or in an arm or leg
