1) Agnikarma
The Agnikama technique has been described in the Ayurvedic literature. Ayurvedic sages have described Agnikarma’s effect on disorders of bone, joint and ligament/tendon, and skin.

Ksharakarma |
Agnikarma, is a clinically established para-surgical treatment. When Agnikarma is practiced correctly, it does not produce any further complications, and its effectiveness is well documented in Ayurvedic literature.
2) Kshara karma
Kshara is a caustic, alkaline in nature obtained from the ashes of medicinal plants. It is a milder procedure compared to surgery and thermal cautery. It is the superior most among the sharp and subsidiary instruments because of performing excision, incision and scraping. Kshara Karma is useful as the substitute of surgical instruments, because they can be used safely on various disease conditions.
Ksharakarma is used in different condtions like piles, fistula, fissure, tolsolitis, nasal polyps, nasal turbinate hypertrophy, non healing wounds,warts, skin tags, skin keratopathys etc..

3) Kshara sutra therapy

4)Siravyadha (bloodletting)
Siravyadha is blood purificatory procedure. Veins in the specific part of the body is punctured and particular amount of blood is drained out.
Herpes, abscess formation, some of the spleen disorders, tumor in abdomen, severe dyspepsia, certain variety of eye pain and headache, gout, salty taste in mouth and some types of fever, sciatica, goiter, sexually transmitted disorders like gonorrhea and syphilis, insanity and epilepsy, certain dental disorders and glaucoma which can also be cured by siravyadha.
5) Pracchana
Pracchana is a type of bloodletting in which minor incisions are made in the affected area under aseptic precautions. It is commonly used in some skin diseases under specific indications. Diseases like alopacia areata, vitiligo, etc.
6) Leach therapy
In leach therapy we use special leaches which has scientific name Hirudino Medicinalis. These leaches helps in sucking the impure blood. Leeches can range in size from a half of inch to ten inches long. They are brown or black in color. According to Ayurveda, Leech at first bite, only sucks impure blood from the skin and only the pure blood is left so it is a blood purification therapy .Later, when it starts sucking pure blood, the patient feels pain . The leech can remove any congested blood to allow normal circulation to return to the tissues, thus preventing gangrene from starting.
